Who are we?

Hi! I’m Daniela, and Hey Picotado! is an online shop dedicated to illustrated and handcrafted paper creations, including home decor, party details, stationery, and digital designs.

How are our products made?

Every piece is designed and handcrafted by Hey Picotado! (or, in other words, by me, Daniela!).
Each item is carefully cut, assembled, and finished by hand to ensure quality, originality, and attention to detail.


Where do we ship?

We currently ship to Portugal and Europe.
If you live outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.


Which courier service do we use?

All orders are shipped via CTT — Correios de Portugal using registered mail.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are fixed:

  • Portugal: €6.00
  • Europe: €8.00

Orders over €75.00 qualify for free shipping.


How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing and delivery times depend on the type of product ordered:

  • In-stock products: Dispatched within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Products available on back-order: Produced and shipped within 5 to 10 working days.
  • Custom-made products: Produced and shipped within 5 to 30 working days, depending on the level of personalisation. If preferred, you can request an estimated timeframe before ordering by contacting hey@picotado.com.
  • Digital products: Available for immediate download after payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Portugal: 1 working day
  • Azores & Madeira: 2 working days
  • Europe: 3-5 working days

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Please note that personalised and digital products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do! We love creating personalised pieces.

You can either purchase a customisable product directly from our online shop or contact us by email at hey@picotado.com. We will send you a detailed quote and confirm the production time before starting your order.

Production begins only after payment confirmation, and the timeframe provided counts from that date.
